Assistant R&D Engineer (Associate Degree)

Job Responsibilities: 

Due to the needs of research and development, we plan to recruit several associate degree graduates to engage in assistant research and experimental work in new materials for the new energy manufacturing industry.

Qualifications Required:  

Age under 30, associate degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field of study; ranked in the top 30% of academic performance during school.

Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Responsible for establishing and implementing production processes and standards, analyzing and solving on-site process issues.

2. Responsible for process optimization of products, actively engaging in technical challenges, and continuously improving process technology levels and production efficiency.

3. Responsible for creating and organizing production process documents to ensure that related documents meet system requirements and monitor the effective execution of processes.

4. Responsible for quality management during production, resolving quality issues that arise during product manufacturing, handling quality anomalies, and quality improvement.

5. Establish various quality-related inspection standards and documents.

6. Organize quality reviews of existing products, evaluating the conformity of product quality with engineering specifications, inspection standards, and customer requirements.

Qualifications Required: 

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

2. At least 2 years of on-site process experience; participation in process tuning, equipment development, and equipment tuning will be prioritized.

3. Capable of continuously optimizing processes and guiding the resolution of technical issues on-site.

4. Familiar with the operation of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 within enterprises.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, organizational and coordination skills, proficient in cross-departmental coordination and problem-solving.

R&D Engineer (Bachelor's Degree)

Materials R&D Engineer (PhD)

Due to the needs of scientific research, our company plans to recruit several PhDs to engage in research on new materials in the new energy manufacturing industry.

Qualifications Required: 

Age under 40, full-time PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field of study. PhD requirements: At least two SCI-indexed papers published.
